This is the shell of a tiny house: the exterior is complete, leaving the majority of the interior up for your imagination and design!

We, Joseph and Samantha, the husband and wife team who built this home, live on a family farm in Ravenna. This tiny house has been a family dream, and hopefully our family will be creating many more uniquely crafted tiny house shells in the future! Joseph grew up in South Dakota working in construction his whole life. He also built a cabin from the ground up, from dropping and peeling pines to chinking the logs. He is known for taking his time and putting in 110%. Samantha is an artist in every way, so adding a creative twist to this tiny house was a must. Overall, this tiny house shell is a compilation of skill, dreams, and creativity.

Details about this home:

- Square footage is 207
- Two lofts that are 7 ft deep
- Five windows that are Pella, single hung
- Windows and door are isolated with foam. Side windows are 3 x 3 and end windows are 3 x 4.
- Shell (the outside is finished, the inside is all yours to dream up!)
- No permits needed to haul. We carefully designed this to be a bumper pull and the correct hight, width, etc. so anyone can haul it!
- Over 30% recycled materials. The pine and siding is entirely recycled, as well some of interior.
- Roof is galvalume
- Siding is galvalume steel
- Door is full sized, able to fit average furniture, etc. through. 35 x 79 inches
- The trailer is in great condition and rated for 7,000 lbs with hardly any miles on it
- Hitch comes with!
- All materials locally sourced

If there is one thing we pride ourselves in, it's doing a thorough, careful job.

Joseph was attentive to every last detail, down to overlapping pieces of drip edge so that the wind doesn't catch the corners while being hauled on the road. We hope our quality, family built tiny house goes on to make other families dreams and adventures come true!
