Rustic Tiny Home

Hello!

I'm selling my well-loved tiny home. It's cute and has a lot of solid features. This tiny house is a great living space but needs a little work to be totally finished. It sits on a custom trailer with wheels, but can be moved to a foundation as well. It's built within a 20'x8' shipping container.

Please see the nitty-gritty below:

Not pictured is the bathroom. There is a fully functional flush toilet. However, the shower still needs to be built (see more on that below).

**Important: this tiny house can only be shipped locally because it is bolted together and not welded (i.e. it is not safe to take on the highway).**

The good
-mostly functional living space with everything you need and a lot of potential to be very aesthetically appealing
-fully functioning electrical system
-outdoor shower
-plumbing set up for an indoor shower
-hot water with tankless propane-powered heater
-flush toilet
-very comfy recently purchased king mattress that's yours with the house
-lots of storage in the form of pull out drawers under the bed + drawer storage in kitchen
-pretty wood wall panels, floor, and counter
-lots of natural light
-comes with all the basic kitchen appliances you need (electric induction stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, microwave that also functions as an oven and a toaster)
-just connect a hose and the water flows

outstanding work:
-the shower still needs to be built. it is framed out and plumbed, but needs greenboard, tile, a drain pan, etc. We have already purchased most of the things you would need to build the shower and those things will come with the tiny house for you to do with what you like.
-electric is hardwired, so if you want it to function like an rv hookup it'll take a (probably) small amount of work to convert it
-needs some superficial work (crown molding, you'll definitely want to to re-do some parts of the wallpaper (or strip the paper and paint) screw down some pieces of wood backing for the shelf spaces, finishing window sills and frames, drawers, etc)
-the double glass doors need to be re-hung so they can close properly. I have a lock and door knob for once the doors are hung properly though.
