I made this wood cabin from scratch myself, over the course of about a year.
I lived in it for a few months to check there were no issues. It is NEW.

All genuine timber interior, no fake wood.
Vent system, heat retention in winter, heat dissipation in summer.
10cm pure Insulation all over, A/C not required at all.
Gas powered stove, two 3.7kg gas bottles (6 month supply)
Kitchen sink and pure water on demand tap.
Fully electric Fridge
Widescreen 28" TV
Media centre, for videos, TV, gaming and internet.
TV antenna, 4G antenna, Wifi Antenna
Water pump, 120L water tank, reverse osmosis water purifer and Grey water tank.

Everything runs off the battery, there is plenty. Watch TV all day, have power to spare.
Optional shore power to charge battery if extended cloudy weather.
USB ports, 12v Cigarette Ports, 240v Ports with Inverter.
Double bed, folds up into a couch. Light, easy to move to make room.
Main room has about 2x2.5m of living space, it is massive, not cramped like a campervan
Living space is bigger than some caravans I've been in, even.

Plenty of storage, goes down the back, shelving, lots of room for boxes and suitcases.
Skylight can be fully opened, for breeze, or to climb up the roof.
All openings have flyscreens, optional and curtains for sleeping.

Compost toilet and bed are completely optional and can be removed/replaced easily.

Height clearance is a bit over 1.8 cm.


Truck would suit a single person living in it full-time, or a couple on extended holidays.

You'll save a huge amount on rent and bills here! This thing is basically a tiny house.


STEALTH DESIGN.

No visible windows or signs on exterior that it's a motorhome. Council officers or cops should leave you alone if you live in this.
It has worked, when I tried it out, I parked in NO CAMPING areas, rangers came and left.
Can park anywhere in suburban areas, or rural areas, without disturbances.


OFF GRID DESIGN.

Organic and self-sufficient. No harmful chemicals produced. Carries all it's own water, gas and power. You could park in the bush by a water stream and live there indefinitely until your food runs out!

Reliable diesel motor. Same design they use for the old army land rovers.
500,000km on motor, but runs beautifully. I expect it to last a long time.
Still recommend regular services and oil checks to keep it tip top.

The truck is only 35,000 because the engine and truck are old, so do not expect a brand new truck. New RV's go for 100,000 - if you want something new go for that.
Though, RV's cannot be lived in full time, and cannot go off-grid like my truck can.
Normal RV's need to be plugged into mains power constantly and need special waste dump points.
My truck does not need any of that!


It has been valued by a professional tiny house builder and everyone who has seen it, loves it.
It's my 2nd motor home build, and I will build more.
