This rustic 25’ tiny home is off grid with solar panels and composting toilet
Fridge and stove are included plus a built in couch, queen mattress, foldable table, and two foldable deck chairs.



The propane runs the heat, the hot water, the fridge, and the stove. It comes with a 100lb tank and a 20lb back up tank.
There is a 42 gallon freshwater tank and a drain line for gray water.  
This bungalow is insulated very well with the walls and floor having hard foam board 4 inches thick rated at R 20. The ceiling has 6-inch fiber glass insulation rated for R 30.
There is a 120 volt hookup if needed.
To add space the sofa folds up giving you a full shower. A very unique way of saving space. Just one of the unique features of this house.
Another unique feature is that the living room floor folds up for additional storage space.
The tiny house has been on 5 major trips, 3 of those cross country. This speak to the quality of the craftsmanship.
The tires are 5 years old, but they are still in perfect condition.
The side porch and stairs come off and the awning and deck fold up in about 5 minutes.
