8.5 ft total width, 31 ft length including trailer hitch, not including porch.
Pine tongue and groove interior gives it a woodsy, cabin feel.
Blown fiberglass insulation R13 floor, R15 walls and ceiling. Great temperature regulation!
Metal roof, wood siding.
One big loft (fits queen size bed), one small loft for storage or additional sleeping space.
Very functional kitchen with stainless steel counter tops.
Full sized, recently updated shower.
New, low VOC vinyl plank floor.
Rinnai tankless on demand propane water heater.
Efficient Pioneer mini-split heating and AC unit.

Currently parked on 100 forested acres near Murphy, Oregon. There may be potential to arrange with landowner to keep it where it currently is parked, otherwise it can go anywhere there is a road!

We have loved this home, our family of four has just outgrown it.
