Rustic 20' Container Cabin

One of a kind 20" shipping container cabin. This efficiency cabin features a kitchenette with a beautiful antique farm sink, living/bedroom space, a full bath with a walk in shower and flush toilet. Reclaimed materials and tons of custom details throughout the entire build make this cabin truly unique. Interior walls are made from barn tin, century old wood flooring recovered from local farmhouses, and beams made from stout longleaf pine. The exterior is painted grey and clad in reclaimed barn tin and sports two decks providing an additional 90 square feet of outdoor living space. Functional container doors open to reveal an antique window with access to the kitchenette. Please note that furniture and refrigerator shown in gallery photos are not included with the container.

Entire container is fully insulated with closed cell foam with an additional air gap built in which greatly increases R-Value for the entire space.
Power run throughout cabin to an exterior mounted 100 amp service box ready to be connected to a local power source with a single lead-in line. Additional breaker space available to easily install mini-split if desired. Power service line run to under the sink area that can support any wattage of tankless water heater.
Plumbing is 'topped-out' including all valves and hot /cold water lead in lines ready for final connections to exterior service and drain lines by a local plumber.
