This one of a kind tiny house was built using state-of-the-art materials and methods. From the custom Trailermade foundation, to the all-steel Volstrukt frame, to the super-insulated (and super lightweight) acrylic stucco shell, this house was built to be lived in.

'Roll-ey' features a California King-sized 'slide-a-bed' on the main level that functions as a comfy couch by day and pulls out in the evenings for sleeping. The loft above has a pocket door for privacy as well as its own auxiliary A/C unit. In the bathroom you'll find a full-sized shower, vanity, a REAL washer/dryer stack, and best of all a flushable (macerating) toilet, capable of sending waste into a septic/sewer system or blackwater tank up to 120' away. The house has a robust on-demand electric hot water heater and even an exterior 220v plug to charge your electric car!

The house was built with love by my wife and I, but sadly she passed away before we could ever use it. I hope to find some kind person to adopt this beautiful house who will appreciate the care with which it was crafted.
