This triple axle 32' long, 8 1/2' wide trailer will be every family's dream come true tied up in a beautiful real cedar and white trimmed bow. It just got a fresh new coat of stain this week, (July 13). This larger than life "tiny" is 402 sq ft, the gorgeous wooden staircase up with storage galore, it boasts a master loft of 10'x 8' at the top tasteful and modern string lighting and recessed lighting with an oversized skylight to daydream and just dream under. Built in cubbies and storage and vibrant, cheery nautical blue and clean white throughout.

The kitchen is a wonderland with a breakfast nook to work from or sit and enjoy your coffee with  a view. Super shiny wooden countertops wrap around this gorgeous deep French farmhouse sink with love and envelope the solid hickory cabinets, painted white, the knobs are a masterpiece in and of themselves...valves! We utilize the extra cabinetry for the kids belongings, and clothes. 5 inch engineered hardwood floors, a very pale blonde. Barn beams and bar wood ceilings throughout with more string lighting over the sink, LP stove, the living room has a ceiling of funky barn boards and a ceiling fan.

To get to the kids split loft, which they each have their own skylights and 2 windows each side of their loft sides, (that’s 4 windows and 2 skylights on that loft side), you must climb the ladder, but to get down....a fireman's pole! A clever design to help keep the kids from jumping onto the couch below :-)

The bathroom is rather spacious, it's 7 1/2' x 8' it has a huge glass modified shower from Wayfair, round sink with waterfall faucet, storage and a flushing toilet. The instant hot water heater is conveniently located in the bathroom.

We insulated this house for Wisconsin winters...we didn't skimp, we had it spray foamed!
