This is an 8' x 20' tiny house that is enclosed, wired, plumbed and dry-walled. The tiny house was designed to be capable of remote travel and it is set up for use with a propane generator and incinerator toilet (not included). The inside has a spacious feel with the ceiling in the open area measuring 11' 7" from the sub floor. There is also a space saving 8' x 8' loft with 4' clearance above and 7' clearance below. The instructor supervising the project left a punch list and plans to complete the intended design that will be available to bidders who come to physically inspect the tiny house and at the time of purchase, however, the current layout would support many design and finishing options at the discretion of the buyer.
