Partially finished Tiny Home! 12' x 24' w/ 2 Lofts, Electric, Sheetrock, Insulation, Heater & Lights - Reduced for Quick Sale!

We got this last fall & started finishing it as a studio/office. The downstairs is done - insulation, Sheetrock, 10 outlets, 4 lights, & heater. There is also a motion activated light on the porch.

We have all the insulation and most of the Sheetrock you will need to finish the lofts & ceiling.

We have almost $5300 left to pay it off and the payments can be transferred to you for a $100 fee. It can't be moved until that is either paid in full or transferred for you to take over payments.

The rest needs to be paid in full to us for what we have paid and for materials & labor.

It must be moved after purchase to the location of your choice. We can connect you with the company who can move it for you if you'd like a quote on that fee, which will depend on your location.

It comes with a 30 ft 50 amp cord for you to plug it into a 50 amp outlet.

You can quickly finish this as an office/she shed/man cave or guest house. Or if you want a fully functional tiny home, you'll need to add plumbing and likely a compostable toilet.
