Restored 1963 Airstream Overlander

Hi folks,

I am selling my beloved 26 ft 1963 Airstream Overlander that was turned into my Tiny House.

The Airstream was mostly used as a guest house so folks looking for a Tiny House, guest house, or even Airbnb (rented for $90-$120/night) will find the Airstream ready to go as-is. You just need to connect to a water hose and 1x electrical outlet.

Majority of major systems were overhauled, renovated, or replaced. I kept as much of the original Airstream items as possible so you'll notice the vintage Airstream elements have been preserved.

Major highlights/upgrades of the restoration listed below.

Hot water:
• tank-less hot water heater (PrecisionTemp RV-550

AC/Heat (high-efficiency heat pump):
• high-efficiency 12,000 BTU LG mini-split heat pump. This is a significant upgrade from traditional RV rooftop AC’s (e.g., Dometic) as this provide BOTH cooling and heating. It’s also incredibly efficient, powerful, and unbelievably quieter than rooftop mounts.

Plumbing:
• replaced with PEX, Sharkbite couplings or Sharkbite Push-to-connect couplings
• replaced stainless steel fixtures for bath & kitchen
• replaced PVC drainage for bath & kitchen sinks

Electrical:
• AC & DC systems updated by combining systems via Progressive Dynamics 4045 all in one system from Vintage Trailer Supply
• the entire system can run on 1 regular outdoor outlet (20 amps)

Toilet:
• Separett Villa 9210 AC/DC

Propane:
• Replaced all copper lines and connections for gas stove and hot water. All 4 burners on stove work great but have never messed with oven so cannot confirm that.

Vents:
• 2x Fantastic Fans w/ automatic dome lifts, 3-speed fan, rain sensors, & reversible flow

Bedroom:
• replaced 2x mattresses with memory foam mattresses

Dining Room:
• custom western red cedar table top mounted to Springfield Air-Powered 3-Stage Pedestals This doubles as a 3rd bed, where the table lowers flush with the front bench.
