This tiny house was custom-built in 2014 by Pinnacle Park Homes in Georgia. The house is NDI certified (National Design and Inspection, Inc.), meaning it was built to RV code, is approved for financing, and can be parked in an RV Park. The insulation was built to withstand a North Dakota winter and the 6 windows surrounding the top of the house provide an excellent cross breeze in the summer. The windows in the bathroom and kitchen provide an open feel for cooking and showering. The large living room windows and front door window open up space and let in natural light. This house is suitable to live in, rent, Airbnb, or have as a vacation home. Comfortably, you can sleep 4-8 people (including air mattresses).

The frame sits atop a steel 24' X 8' trailer with 4 wheels. The house weighs 10,000 lbs empty and is 14' tall. Other features include:
