This tiny house would make the perfect ADU, short-term rental, lakeside retreat, private lesson or massage studio, home office, or guest house!

We purchased this VT-crafted tiny house in 2021 to use as an AirBnb in our backyard. It was wildly popular and brought in $125-$175 per night! We are sad to part with it but we have since moved and our new location isn't conducive.

We have made improvements from top to bottom, including wide pine flooring, kitchen, tiled shower, updated electric panel, water heater, new loft flooring, paint, new insulation, new siding, and a made-to-order full-light door with keypad entry. All windows are salvaged and different from one another. Cooled with small window AC (comes with the sale) and a heated with a small wall heater (available on Amazon); everything has been routed to accommodate a permanent site (i.e. water and power hookups). It comes with front steps and pylons for stabilizing. New mini-fridge, sofa bed, and handmade flower boxes also available.

Note: While this house was initially advertised to us as a tiny house on a trailer, it was evident the trailer was not sufficient for long-term road excursions (upon moving this to its current location, one axle failed). This will need to be moved via flatbed, which the reduced listing price reflects.
