Renovated 1977 Avion 28' FT with Tub!

We are selling our beloved "Airbus" due to an upcoming move. We have lived in it for the last 3 years as we've tended to our organic farm, it's ready for its next journey.

It is currently permanently hooked up to a location, and I think would be best suited in another permanent place. It wouldn't be impossible to tow around as a travel trailer, but we imagine it's future life is stationary because of the build.
Would recommend new tires if you're moving it around a lot. It currently is on tires and can be towed from its location.
We brought it to this location with a Toyota FJ-Cruiser - you can pull it with a truck.

Avions are harder to find than Airstreams and tout a laundry list of specifications that are superior in many ways. The main being that the anodized aluminum is thicker than Airstreams which helps out in the PNW winters. We used denim R12 insulation in the floorspace, sprayed R9 foam insulation everywhere and used shiplap as the interior surface.

Repairs and additions:
Roof resealed
Replaced the 300lb non-functional air conditioner out and replaced it with a 14" skylight
Electrical components redone - including 50amp breaker box, 4- 15amp breakers, 2- 20 amp GFCI for energy consuming appliances.
Plumbing - new PEX hot and cold plumbing throughout(shut off valves at each water source and main shutoff). This is very well plumbed and has no leaks(S trap and vent on the kitchen sink and bathtub) new gray water release valve.
Water filter - ensures you can enjoy water from well, city or catchment.
Power - Converted from DC to AC to allow for a more normal living experience. The dingy DC lights just aren't appealing...so we replaced them with smart, dimmable, voice controlled track lighting. Every light source in the house is LED and extremely efficient.

Floors: 1 3/8" for extra cushion and warmth with 2 waterproof layers, covered with waterproof vinyl wood plank flooring.

Kitchen:
Enjoy full kitchen amenities with a full size 4 burner gas stove, 18" gold kitchen faucet, built-in butcher's block, blue vintage-looking fridge(energy star certified),large farm style sink with built in drying rack, and more kitchen cabinet/pantry space than you've ever seen in a trailer(8-cabinets, 2-pantry spaces, 1 6' closet).

Tub/Hot water:
Enjoy those cold, dark days in the soaking tub with a beautiful brass gravity flow faucet, adjustable bronze shower head-powered by a 5.6gpm Rinnai outdoor tankless gas hot water heater, built in plant nook, bookshelves, 6- 12"x12"x12" cube storage for towels, clothes, etc., composting toilet with divider.


For a more comfortable experience, there is a queen size adjustable bed, modern low profile couch, 42+" smart TV, smart lights controlled by Alexa or via app, and full house automation if desired.
