Ready to Roll 24ft mobile tiny home

The tiny home was built on a new trailer with 2 axles and brakes. It is 24 ft long and there is an extra 6 feet of length for the gooseneck (where the bedroom loft is located)

****The home is about 98% complete. I was not expecting to have to sell it yet, so there are a few parts of trim or primer paint hidden around.

The bedroom is 6 x 8 ft and can easily accommodate a queen sized bed. The home will come furnished!

The living room is 9 x 8 ft and can accommodate a full sized sleeper sofa for extra people to have a place to sleep.

The kitchen has an induction cooktop; however, there is a space for a regular stovetop/oven and also the correct electrical set up for a normal oven if you would like to add your own. There is an apartment sized fridge that will come with the house, but there is room for a full sized fridge if you would like to upgrade.

The bathroom has a full sized shower and a composting toilet. There is plumbing set up for a regular flush toilet if you would like to switch and have access to sewage connects.

Everything in the house runs on electric and can be plugged into a 50 amp power outlet. The tankless electric water heater is included.
