Exterior outlet added for outdoor lights. German made air exchange system brings just the right amount of fresh air through your home with settings you adjust. Plenty of well positioned windows for cross ventilation and natural light.

Two loft areas, one 30 sf for storage and one 62 sf for your bedroom. Walk up the solid maple stairs, with storage under the steps to the loft bedroom. Loft nicely fits a double bed under the eaves with space for personal belongings on either side. Custom loft railings with rolling fold back gates for safety and convenient movement up and down. Reach the storage loft with the space saving collapsible RV ladder included.
