About
Available for tour upon serious requests until March 11. I'll be travelling for a month until around the 2nd week of April.
If you're looking for an open design tiny house with mid to high end materials and amenities, then this tiny home may be what you’re looking for. It lives much bigger than it appears on the outside. This tiny house has gone through RV certification through Pacific West Associates to ensure that this has been built to current standards to ensure that safety and best building practices have been met. A full set of building plans will come with the house to help with future customization if needed. Materials alone have been over $40,000 (all receipts available), and many of the materials were labor intensive to work with, especially the interior and exterior siding. All plumbing and propane were done by a licensed plumber and all electrical was tested by a union electrician.
I built this home with two points in mind. One, use primarily untreated wood and natural materials and finishes as much as possible. And two, create as much open space possible. The height and width of the house are maximized per RV code requirements so anyone can tow this house on the road. Also, the table and bench seating fold into the wall to create more floor space. This has enabled me to practice movement and yoga as well as using a massage table in a confined space. Of course, this layout has possible modifications per your preferences.
