COMING May 2020!

Rent a spot on our 2 acres of land in the country. Quiet and peaceful living. In April we will have 8 total spots available for a mini tiny house community. 30 and 50 amp power available and you can hook your tiny house up to septic. Monthly lot rent includes water, trash, shared internet and also includes a $50 credit for monthly electric. Only pay for what you go over.

There will be raised bed gardens to plant your veggies as well as a small greenhouse if there is enough interest.

Closest church is one minute walk
Post office is 5 minutes
Grocery store is less than 10 minutes
Urgent care less than 10 minutes
City of Leland less than 20 minutes
Downtown Wilmington less than 25 minutes
Other things like takeout pizza, fast food only 5-10 minutes away

Only a 6-month lease is required with one month deposit. That's all!
