The house is fully electric, but wired for future solar.
There is a composting toilet - Separett.
It doesn’t have a washer or dryer hook up.
The floors are bamboo click, tongue and groove wood interior and ceiling.
The house is very well insulted with rock wool R-19 in walls and R-23 in ceiling.
The house has a 30 amp .
It has only been moved 3 times professionally.
