Dakota Tiny Houses are basically RV's with all the comforts of home. These houses can be moved without any special "oversized" highway permits. And can be pulled by dual axled trucks or larger.

Our tiny houses are also professionally engineered and architecturally drawn to withstand 3 foot snow, 200 pounds of solar, and be driven down the freeway at 65-70 mph and withstand a 50 mph crosswind. Our metal frames are super strong and 30% lighter than wood frame. The trailer frame is also professionally manufactured in Ogden, UT and customized for our tiny houses. With extra insulation our houses are rated for the coldest climates (climate 7 & 8) as well as the hottest climates. They are specifically designed to block the heat in the summer time and the keep the heat in, in the winter no matter where you live in the US or Canada. They can withstand the harshest winter climates of North Dakota and the blazing summers of Texas.
