This is a perfect getaway from the high temperature summers of Phoenix. Mountain views from the porch. Deer and grey fox have been seen on property this past year. Prescott is by far the best city in Arizona with weekend and summer craft fairs and farmers markets. We will transfer ownership through Empire West Title company in Prescott, the same place we used when we bought it years ago. We will show the property by private appointment only.
