Prepper's Paradise

I have built an off-grid prepper's paradise since the fall of 2017. I have two tiny homes on the land. Both homes are run off solar power. The land is included. What is included on the land:
1. 1.33 acres, surveyed, fenced in, well (solar/generator powered), 4 fruit trees, garden bed, greenhouse, fenced corn plot, volleyball court, badminton court, whiffle ball field, chicken coup (6 hens included), shed (solar powered freezer), laundry lines, two generators included, furniture included, three tiered deck (dining area, sitting area, and a roof deck), rock road to homes, internet service ($55 a month), taxes paid this year, $31 a year,
2. The tan tiny house: running a refrigerator, two TVs, and lights, will run off off generator, propane stove, propane heater, wood burning stove, shower, composting toilet, storage, loft sleeping area (full + single bed}.
3. The blue house: runs off solar, made for travel, office area, living area with storage under couch seats, split heating and air conditioning unit, wood burning stove, full kitchen, sky light, TV, washer and dryer.
4. All prepping equipment and food included in price. Ask.
5. Everything on the land is owned. I have all the titles to the homes. This is an owner financed property. The list price is firm. I am asking for 25% down and I will finance through a title company 6, 7, 8, years with 3% interest. Price is firm.
6. Work: Copperstate Farms, Snowflake School District, Concho School District, Walmart, Smithfield Farms. There are jobs, but you have to look.
