10x24 Stationery Tiny House w/ 10 Acres

• This is a stationary, 10x24' house with 9.6 acres located in central New York state's Finger Lake region, home to hundreds of award winning wineries. A ten minute drive will take you to beautiful vistas of vineyard-covered hills overlooking glacier-formed lakes ready for all water sports.


• The 9.6 acres contain a clear spring fed pond, hundreds of trees, and an acre of  cleared grassland ready for that apple orchard. The 10x10 deck overlooks the gently sloping lawn down to the pond. I have planted some blueberry and blackberry bushes and one apple tree!


• the house is insulated and is connected to septic, well, and electric. I have been living here since last Sept with the exception of Jan&Feb. and kept warm using an electric infrared heater. Minimal adjustments like insulating the small pump house would be advised for winter living.


• Minutes to scenic villages of Naples, Hammondsport,Canandaigua


• an hour south of Rochester, or southwest from Syracuse, thirty minutes to Pa border.

I love the feeling of serenity and quiet for hammock time in the shade of the ash tree; feeling close to nature as I walk the mowed path around pond seeing frogs and turtles amid the cat tails.

• I am including a 10x27 flatbed trailer for you to start your own TINY HOUSE COMMUNITY!!!  This is a town with very relaxed zoning laws.
