Sleep without a Ladder Loft-less Model.

This is the Model Harvest model its is a single story home 8' x 26' with high interior ceilings and a convenient storage loft. It sleeps 2-4 people. The Harvest is an luxury high end tiny home that features wide cedar planking on the exterior, natural pine tongue and groove on the interior walls, complimented with a maple ceiling, LED lights and ceiling fan. Unit reatils for $48,000 .00 model being sold as is $26,000.00. It is framed by 4 custom low-e tempered windows, two of which are sliders. This allows air and light to flood in, Kitchen has 24” residential cabinets with stainless steel appliances and a 2 induction burner.

Quartz countertops extend throughout the bathroom. This model has a full-size Murphy bed, and seperate bench that folds out into a futon to sleep 1-2 people,  it has a LG Mini-Split AC/heat pump system,  3 layers of R-12 fiberglass insulation is used for the flooring, closed cell foam in walls, and roof approaching R30 insulation. We like to call the unit the “Ice box” in the summer as it cools down so fast. However, the Harvest also serves as a heat pump if needed in the winter.
