The base model features a peak roof with 2 sleeping lofts, a flex room on the main floor than can be used as a bedroom, office, living room, or it can be built without the wall leaving the space completely open. Mid kitchen equipped with cooktop range, refrigerator, and range hood. Storage stairs to the main loft. Safety walls on both lofts for added security and privacy without restricting airflow. Rear bathroom features a 48” one piece shower, sink, residential toilet, mirrored medicine cabinet, and room for a combo washer/dryer unit.
