Perfect Bus for Backyard AirBnb

The bus was purchased fall 2016 and converted into a shop that was used to travel up and down the east coast selling hand made lifestyle goods. The interior has been cleaned out and has reclaimed barn wood on the floors and ceiling. There is a side door where the handicap lift used to be and a back door. All wood interior will stay in tact for the buyer, as it could be a great starting point to finish a conversion into a quaint backyard airbnb. The outside has been hand painted with business branding, that can stay as is if you would like, or can be painted over…paint colors will be supplied if your looking to match the colors. There are 2 padlocks on the side and back door (keys provided). The windows on both sides swing open to be a huge seller on a spring/fall breeze. The tires are very new and still in great shape!

She still drives, but sadly the bus needs a new engine to be back on the road full time, otherwise she can stay put in someones back yard until your ready to make that transition if ever. The piece that is broken is the main bearing…and that is what has caused the need for a new engine.

10/11/17 - Transmission line repair - new rubber line, cleaned & new transmission fluid
9/8/17 - Glow Plugs #2,4,5 replaced
9/6/17 - Battery terminals replaced & Electrical system tested
8/31/17 - Electrical system tested & solenoid cleaned
5/5/17 - Front left tire replaced
7/27/17 - U joint replaced & new rear brake pads installed
7/26/17 - New oil filter installed
12/22/16 - floor heater removed (to open floor space for conversion)

All that labor above meant about $2,276 was put into the bus to maintain the engine (in just 1 year)...this does not include small repairs and all the towing expenses

I have a title for the purchaser that will likely need to be notarized when signing.

It is possible that she might be able to drive to her new home, but she will need a new engine, or a tow to get to somewhere far away. The bus is located in zip code 27516 (near chapel hill, nc)
