1987 Tioga Arrow Class C Motorhome Tinyhome

The motorhome is now located in Savannah, GA. It handled the 500 mile drive from Pensacola, FL brilliantly even towing a Subaru Forester on a flatbed. The air conditioner reached the end of its life just before moving so we have since replaced it with a brand new Dometic 13,500 BTU rooftop unit that works great, even in the Georgia heat. The price has been reduced from $10,000 to $9,000

For sale is our 1987 Tioga Arrow Class C Motorhome. It's built on a Ford E350 chassis with 55,600 original miles. My wife and I have been living full time in the motorhome for the past year and have made updates to the living quarters throughout that time. All original equipment is included and is in working condition:
-Complete DC and AC (30 amp) electrical system. AC can be powered by shore power (plugging in) or by the Onan 4000 watt generator. The house battery (powers all interior lights) is continually charged by the AC system.
-Propane system for water heater, furnace, and range/oven. (we only use it for water heating but furnace does work)
-Dometic rooftop air conditioner
-Dometic electric/propane refrigerator
-Onan 4000 watt generator
-Awning (I believe this is not original due to how nice of shape it's in)

When we purchased the motorhome about a year ago, there were supposedly no leaks in the roof. After a short time, however, we found the vent for the refrigerator to be leaking as well as around the tv antenna (no longer installed). I also discovered portions of the interior paneling delaminated from previous water intrusion that had since been repaired. I repaired the found leaks and replaced the framing/paneling that had become rotten or delaminated. Since then I discovered a couple of very minor leaks, all of which have been repaired. Finding the delaminated paneling provided the opportunity to replace it with tongue-and-groove cedar which turned out really nice.

Mechanically the motorhome is in great shape. We recently moved from FL to GA about 500 miles towing our Subaru on a flatbed (probably a 5,000 lb load) and it performed great. Just before we purchased it, the couple before us had driven it to Minnesota and back towing a trailer and had no issues. The transmission and engine oil were serviced just prior to us purchasing it. Also the tires are nearly new.
