Partly Converted 40 ft. School Bus

Greetings! I have this really amazing 40 ft. school bus which has been partly refinished the inside to be a comfortable apartment on wheels. The bus itself is a great piece of machinery which has a newly rebuilt cat engine with about 20000 miles on it, and the bus was only ever used as a backup bus for the washington school system. It was barely ever used, and greatly taken care of by the school it was used for until the man I bought it from purchased it about 10 years ago. He has been building diesel and marine engines for 40 years and took great care of the bus as well. There is no toilet or shower on the inside. I lived in it happily for over a year and moved it from Portland, OR to Santa Fe, NM, and it drove like a dream. I had it up for sale a while back, and thought I had it sold but the people who are storing the bus on their property for me sadly can't make the payments on it so I must put it up for sale again. I will only be able to sell it for cash this time though. No rent to own sort of thing which is what I was doing with the people who have it now. The person who has it now will gladly show it to anyone interested. I am out of state right now in Arkansas and will be traveling to Mexico for a little while so I unfortunately won't be available by phone, but I can put you in touch with the person who can show it to you. The inside has carpet padding and carpet and hand made wooden boarders around the carpet. There is nicely painted yellow drywall lining the sides of the metal inside of the bus with a wooden border, as well as insulation and an almost finished wooden ceiling.The ceiling isn't finished in the back but the insulation is. There can also be little doors attached to the wooden fixtures that are above the windows that will make little cabinets for extra storage. There is a hand crafted bedframe with a mattress in the back as well as a desk and closet, and a little kitchen area with a kitchen sink with granite countertop and dishes and a little bit of furniture on the inside. It really is a beautiful bus, that has been well maintained and would last you your lifetime. There is ample storage under the bus and a spare tire in that storage space.
