New construction features modern living in a compact space, yet without sacrificing comfort- 9 foot ceilings throughout with clerestory windows that make the space light and bright- Sliders open up to your private yard. The kitchen features full sized stainless appliances, pantry storage, plenty of cabinets plus space for a full sized stack-able laundry. There will be approximately 100 new homes brought into the park- with future plans to upgrade the community clubhouse, including a dog park, gym, bbq areas, fire pit and lounging space.
