Our Cheyenne tiny home was designed and built in 2017 to handle the weather conditions of the Colorado Rocky Mountain Front Range.

We placed it at WeeCasa tiny house rental resort in Lyons, CO on May 1, 2018 and have been very pleased with the net income it is generating - $1200/month (net to us) during high season.

The fully assignable lease expires on October 31, 2019. At the end of the lease you can renew or take possession and transport it to any location of your choosing.

Lyons is the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park and a great place to stay any season of the year. At WeeCasa you can make an attractive return on your investment and enjoy staying in it for free ten nights per year. WeeCasa (www.weecasa.com) manages everything from rental to maintenance and repair.

The purchase price is $54,500 cash. We do not offer owner financing.

This 20 ft. tiny house on wheels uses top quality materials inside and out including hardwood floors, granite counter tops and custom wood cabinets. It was built to last, meeting the highest standards of residential construction.

The bathroom has a roomy shower, sink and flushing toilet. Closed cell foam insulation in floor (R31), walls(R21) and ceiling(R38) will keep the house warm in freezing weather. Huge 100 sq. ft. loft with closet upstairs for sleeping and storage. Downstairs futon for additional sleeping. Comes with wall mounted TV and DVD player.

The 6 ft. x 8 ft. folding front deck provides a great view. Guests have access to the adjacent St. Vrain River for tubing and other water fun.
The house has an electric 10 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer, induction stove top and microwave and a 3/4 ton LG split a/c and heating unit.

The hot water heater and oven are propane. It is plumbed and wired for both city and RV type hookup: 110v/220v AC - 50A hookup with gray and black water drainage system. It is also wired and plumbed for a combo washer/dryer unit which was removed to allow extra storage space during its stay at WeeCasa.
