No expenses were spared with this originally designed tiny home! This brand new tiny home was constructed over 2 years and was entirely built by a master shipwright, with an extreme attention to detail.
Some of the houses features include:
Tongue and groove interior and exterior siding, with 30 year asphalt roofing shingles. The home is fully insulated and is easily heated and cooled.
A beautiful full kitchen, includes a propane 2 burner stove, with an oven, electric fridge & freezer, plenty of shelving, and ample cabinet space.
A spacious full bathroom with cedar walls, white oak floors, a plexiglass shower surround and custom order RV tub, a mirrored vanity with shelving and a sink.
The queen sized sleeping loft measures 78"x71". As well there is a guest/storage loft, above the bathroom, and closet.
Stairs with deep built in drawers to access the main sleeping loft and a built in ladder wall to access the guest loft.
Dining area easily converts to a 60" bench seat, or sleeping space, with 2 built in storage spaces underneath.
Large cedar closet with built in shelving.
Rolling louvered bathroom door.
Propane, on demand, hot water heater.
30amp electric- 2 breakers (outlets and lights), with a plug in converter/adapter that enables the home to be powered through an extension cord.
7 new Anderson windows and a Therma Tru steel door with window. Lots of natural light!
Old growth, tight grain, salvaged, doug fir, and yellow pine throughout- including the floor, cabinets, drawers, all window trim & sills, stair treads, counter tops, entire dining/seating area, loft beams, and shelving.
Built on a 5,000lb GVW car trailer thatwas sand blasted and painted before construction. Wheel and axle bearings were cleaned and re-packed. 4 brand new load right wheels and tires. Trailer is equipped with drum brakes but they are currently not in operation. 2" tow ball required.

The house does not currently include a toilet or a heating system. Also the underside floor joists and pressure treated sub-floor are are not insulated. A moisture barrier is installed between the sub-floor and the interior finished floor. This was all done intentionally to consider that the new owner could explore all of the toilet, grey/black water, septic, and heating options that are out there. For an additional price the toilet, heating method, water storage, and underside insulation can be installed.
