Open floor lofted Cabin/She Shed/Tiny home

A 12’ by 22’ lofted mini barn. Completely open floor plan. The unit has already been wired completely with electricity, containing its own 6 breaker circuit breaker box, there are 5 outlets throughout the unit. The unit has been completely insulated from ceiling to floor, drywall has been installed and the walls and ceiling painted. A rough cut trim, window trim and baseboard is being put up around the entire barn, along with the center beam. A laminate hardwood floor was laid across the entire barn as well. The unit will be heated with a mounted infrared wall heater. The unit is available to be picked up and moved to any location. The barn has one 6ft man door on the front, a 3x3 window centered on the left side, and two 2x3 windows centered to the right side. A light fixture will be installed directly in the center of the barn. Unit is completely finished and ready to go!
