Open Concept Tiny House

This house will be available to tour on Saturday, July 28 in Dos Picos Park in Ramona, CA. I'll be giving a talk from 11am-1145 about building and living in the house for the last couple years. There is a $3 per car cost to enter the park. The house can be viewed until 2pm.

This 225 square foot tiny house lives bigger than it looks. The dining table and living room seating fold up to maximize open floor space in main room. This could easily be changed out to personalize your space the way you move. The mostly wooden house gives off a homey and cozy feel. The house is composed of mostly natural materials and low VOC finishes. Nine windows and a loft skylight showers the inside with natural light but are also equipped with blinds to keep the house cool and dark for sleeping in and privacy. This is a 2 year old tiny house. Only the builder has lived in it. Certified through Pacific West Tiny Homes as an RV.
