If you'd like to make any changes to our plans, trailer size, or finishes, a custom unit can be built (a lead time of approximately 2-3 months, depending on customizations).

Due to lots of interest in our homes, we are accepting orders on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in this already built home, we are selling it to the first person/family with a deposit.

The home is built as a ready-to-live unit. After taking delivery, all you need is a parking location, 50/30 amp connection, propane tank, water connection, and a sewer connection.
