One of a kind Cozy Paradise can be yours

We are selling our cozy 8.5' x 20' tiny house on wheels currently in Winter Haven, FL. This one of a kind layout is fully furnished featuring dual flat screen tv's in the living room as well as the loft, a couch/futon which expands to a full size bed downstairs, large size stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and a propane stove which is yet to be used. Bathroom includes a full size sink vanity and mirror, flushable toilet, and shower with an electric instant on water heater. Additionally there are beautifully wood treated stairs up to the loft with closet and drawers underneath. This unit features more storage than I've seen in most other tiny houses of this size. There is a split AC unit that can be controlled using a remote or phone. Additionally there is a utility room in the front of the tiny house where the propane is stored and there is quite a bit of room for additional storage.


The loft has an additional 40 sq ft of living space and a very comfortable queen size bed. There is also connections for internet, water, and electric. It is currently located in a gorgeous RV park with a lakefront view, a pet park, fire pit, laundry facilities, kayaks, docks and more, but you are free to move it to wherever you like.
