I Framed It, You Finish It!

Great opportunity to finish it your way, and make this tiny house your own! Due to life changes, I am not going to be finishing my tiny house, but you can! My plan was to be as "green" and "off the grid" as possible, utilizing things like denim insulation, solar panels, composting toilet, etc. However, at this stage, you get to choose your level of comfort and green-ness while still being free of rent or a mortgage, having your own getaway to the lake or hunting, and having the freedom to take your home anywhere!

The house is framed up to the roof, including the bed loft and storage loft, sealed, and has weatherproof underlayment on the roof. Including the bed loft and storage loft it is 200sf mol. Here are some other details and things I will include:

2015 Trailer (Tumbleweed Tiny House Company), 18 x 7. It does have a title, though not required in Oklahoma.
Standing Seam Metal Roof & Vented Ridge materials ready to be installed (all that you will need are the fasteners and ridgeline adhesive)
Drip Edge ready to be installed
7 bags of denim insulation - 118.8 sqft/bag (1 bag was used to insulate the floor)

Unused lumber & roof underlayment (there is enough left to completely redo the roof)
