Penske moving truck turned portable off-grid tiny house, located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Drive it anywhere, no additional vehicle needed to tow!

This 224 sq ft home features a 2kW solar array and a very large 16kWh lithium battery bank for all your off-grid needs. Included rain barrels collect water from the roof and feed through a portable pump/filtration system to top up the 275 gallon freshwater tank inside the home. This home truly requires no hookups to live comfortably.

This home features cedar bevel siding, red oak solid hardwood floors, hickory cabinets, black walnut butcher block table, tongue and groove cedar ceiling, and shiplap pine walls. The kitchen is highlighted by a beautiful locally-quarried soapstone countertop, and includes a large undermount sink, a 4 burner propane cooktop with external exhaust vent, a 900W microwave, and a large toaster oven. The bathroom includes a Nature's head composting toilet, 17" vanity with mirror, 30" square shower with corner entry and massaging jets, and finally an LG condensing washer/dryer combo unit. 2 people can comfortably sleep in the loft area above the cab of the truck, and the futon folds down for an additional 1-2 guests.

The home is heated and cooled with a top of the line 27 SEER/12.5HSPF LG Mini Split Heat pump and includes an auxiliary propane furnace to carry you through colder stretches or multiple days of low solar yield.
