We have a fully converted, 2004 Thomas Bus on a Freightliner chassis with a MBE 906 engine with 204,000 miles with an Allison 2000, 5 speed Automatic transmission. the bus runs perfectly with no leaks from either engine or transmission which both have been serviced, this bus was from GA and has no rust. We kissed a lot of frogs before finding this bus.
We spent a great deal of time to get the build correct and very capable of off grid living for many weeks
SPECS: Solar- 6-385 watt mono-crystal, split cells, heavy duty frames, equaling 2310 watts of solar, 600ah @ 24v ,12 Battleborn batteries, Victron 3000/24 Multiples charger, 2- victron solar charge controllers, 1-24 to 12 DC to DC reducer.

75 gallons of fresh water, 75 gallons of gray water, 34 gallons of urine tank.
29.3 gallon, mounted propane tank
100 gallon diesel fuel tank.

OUTSIDE: 2 @ 48" x 24" x 18" steel storage boxes, 20' awning with lights on passenger side, Very unique rear folding back porch, Outside shower and a very loud Airhorn, 12' X 7.5' storage deck. 20' x 80" solar aray

LIVING/KITCHEN: The first 9000 BTU 23 SEER AC/Heat pump, the center clearance of the interior is 6'4 1/4", 4' folding poured resin dining table, 2 solid built chairs very comfortable for dining or entertaining, 1 of 2 mounts for the 32" smart TV, 6' sofa that jackknife to a full size bed, reading lights in 4 locations, 11' of butcher block top counter top, large sink, 24" propane freestanding stainless steel convection oven, 24" DC hood vent and light, 5" sliding spice rack, Washer dryer combo, Air fryer, 24" wide 10cf inverter Refrigerator, free standing Ice maker, several overhead cabinets. several 120v plugs with USB charging, Roof storage access from the hatch in living room.

BATHROOM AND CLOSET: Small porcelain sink with mirror, Seperett Urine diverting toilet, Eccotemp 12I tankless water heater, custom stainless steel tub/shower 36" x 28" x 18". 4' of hanging space in the closet, tall enough for longer clothes, 29" of shelved storage space, 12" of shelved pantry.

BEDROOM: The second 9000btu AC/Heat pump, the bed is a RV Queen sized bed that folds to allow access to the back porch, Under bed storage that houses 1-75 gallon fresh water tank and space for a tool box and 30 amp power cord, 30" center isle, and 29" x 75" x 32" space for storage or (2 RAD folding eBikes that are not included).

The bus runs and drives great, max speed is 72mph on the flats with a Jeep Honda TOAD, 100 gallon of diesel tank that will take you way down the road 7-9 mpg,

The bus has PVC Faux wood flooring, no insulation in the floors Just a 30 mil vapor barrier, 5/8 plywood flooring then the padded PVC flooring. hard to insulate a non raised roof bus IMHO

I hav no second source of heating but the Mini split or the stove in an emergency. We built for more southern living. we where in high 20's and did fine for a few days but pulled up anchor and headed south
