Off Grid Renovated RV

Hi Tiny Living Community, I am selling my renovated 35 foot 2007 Laredo. I love this home and she's been so good to me, but I am selling her because I need to pay for school this upcoming year.

I live completely off grid in her full time and the solar panels and batteries are included in the price (although I have to keep the generator!)

The RV is located in beautiful Petrolia, CA and it is a wonderful drive to come and see this beauty!

I've lived in it for 2 years during winter and rainy seasons and have been warm and cozy. The RV does not have any leaks and has lasted a 2 Humboldt rainy winters.

It's got a 65 gallon black water tank that I have pumped once a month, and the toilet flushes really well.

The shower also gets SUPER HOT and I have a filter on it that I'll leave for you.

There is central heating that is run off of two 7 gallon propane tanks and warms up super nicely. There's also AC.

About the solar: I can have electricity the whole day if it's sunny. If it's cloudy and rainy for most of the day, I have to run the generator for a few hours. It's a minimum electricity set up, so if you're cool without running a hair dryer, then you'll be alright. The RV has both a 120v and 12 system. You could put some new batteries into the system if you wanted more power.

The fridge is a nice new Dometic fridge and it stays super cold. I love that thing.

The whole RV is painted with KILLZ paint, so it's really nice if you live in a place that can potentially get moldy. The kills works really well-as I'm pretty allergic to mold.

You have to arrange to pick it up with a 5th wheel hookup, I know there are companies that provide that service as well.

I can be open to leaving some of the furniture if you'd like, such as the table with the plants, the futon, the TV, and the mattress.
