Off grid ready tiny house

Beautiful bespoke tiny house measuring 20.3’ length x 8.3’. Wide. Weighs 6500 lbs. Bought from a guy who built it himself a year ago. Have been using it as a study but we are moving house and sadly have no room to store it. Small cosmetic wear and tear. Everything works fabulously. Have never towed it as it’s been stationary in our drive - but the original seller hitched it and drove across LA to deliver it, so it’s definitely roadworthy! Queen size mezzanine bed, 2 burner hob, kitchen sink, storage under stairs to bed. Bathroom has sink, shower and both mains toilet and camping toilet included. AC unit included. Water heater, 400 watt solar panels and batteries. Electric hook up, water tank with pump system. You would need to collect it yourself as I don’t have a vehicle with the capacity to tow it.
