Work from anywhere without sacrificing comfort. This custom-built, like-new mobile office was completed in Fall 2025 by Sol Tiny — a builder committed to locally sourced, non-toxic, environmentally friendly materials and ethical business practices. The result is a two-office setup that feels as good as it functions.

The larger office (14’x10’) offers generous workspace with abundant natural light and doubles as a guest room with a built-in queen Murphy’s bed. The smaller office (12’x10’) is a focused, beautifully finished workspace wired for serious productivity. Both are fully climate-controlled and ready to work in. Fully off-grid solar-powered, but can plug into standard 220V external power when available. Just transport it to your site and get to work.

Buyer is responsible for transport from Nevada City, CA. Awnings and chimneys are removable for transport.

THE STRUCTURE
Built on an Iron Eagle 26’x10’ trailer with four stabilizing jacks and 8 D-anchor tie-downs welded to the frame. The exterior features 2x4 stud framing, a standing seam metal gable roof, and cedar siding. Fixed awnings extend over each entrance door for weather protection and summer shade. Custom-designed cedar stairs are included for both entrances, along with a 36” main entry door and a 5’ sliding door.

INTERIOR
Both offices are insulated with R15 mineral wool in the floors and walls and R38 closed-cell spray foam in the ceiling for maximum thermal performance. Interior finishes include ¾” plywood subfloor with hardwood flooring, plywood board and batten walls, and #1 pine tongue and groove ceiling. Each office has built-in desks and bookshelves, a ceiling fan, dimmable LED recessed lighting, and a dwarf wood stove. Each room has its own dedicated mini split heat pump for highly efficient, independent heating and cooling.

The larger office includes a built-in queen Murphy’s bed, making it a fully functional guest room when needed.

POWER: OFF-GRID OR PLUGGED IN
The solar system includes a Sol-Ark 5K inverter and eight 420W REC Solar Alpha PURE 2 bifacial panels (3.36 KW total), all roof-mounted. The Discover Helios 16.1 KWH battery is mounted to the exterior wall in a weatherproof enclosure. Enough capacity to run both offices comfortably with no utility hookup. When grid power is available, the unit plugs into a standard 220V connection via the 50-amp electrical hookup.

ELETRCIAL & INTERNET
Standard outlets throughout, GFCI in all wet and exterior areas, exterior porch lighting, and smoke detectors with battery backup.
The office is wired for Starlink, with a pre-run cable from the roof to a dedicated internet cabinet in the smaller office. Ethernet cables are run through the walls from the cabinet to beneath each desk — so if you prefer a fully wi-fi-free workspace, you’re already set up for it.
