Off-grid Heavenly Tiny House - Now Discounted!

My partner and I are selling our off grid tiny home. We’ve lived in it for over one year and have absolutely loved every moment of it! We are sad to see it go but we know that whoever ends up with this beautiful home will love it just as much as we have.

The tiny home was built by myself and my partner. I have been a builder for over 15 years and have just recently started my own Tiny House building company called Spindrift Homes. We are currently on our second build and are very close to posting it for sale as well.

We’ve named this first build the “Westhaven home” Because we started the build in Westhaven, California in Humboldt County. The accent walls and trim noted in the photos are made from Redwood milled from the property we lived on. Very special.

The Westhaven is fully powered with four 250 W solar panels and captured with four deep cycle batteries. We have a 24 V inverter/charge controller and two breaker panels one specifically for the batteries and the other specifically for the home. A lot of love and hard work has gone into this Tiny to make it a most special place to call home.

My partner loves to cook so we put a lot of emphasis on the kitchen, as you can see in the photos. Also featured is:

-on-demand hot water heater
-Nature's Head composting toilet
-twin size daybed near entryway that can serve as a guest bed
-loft bedroom that can fit king size mattress

There is a closet above the washer dryer and we have attached a deck to our tiny home and it truly adds SO much space. In the summertime we are eating outside almost every night and having fires in the fire pit. The deck will also be included in the price if you wish to take it with you. It’s screwed in So it would only be a matter of unscrewing all the screws and stacking the wood into a truck. The deck materials are worth about $1500.
