This unique modern designed, off-grid tiny house is built by Noble Home design-build. At 8'x16', the house needs a few finishing touches to customize it for your specific needs. It is built with great attention to mold-proof construction and non-toxic materials and finishes. All natural materials are used and it is insulated to reduce all thermal bridging. The structure is steel framed walls with mineral wool insulation and continuous rigid foam on the exterior. The roof has 4" XPS foam on top of the plywood ceiling.
