Norma Jean can be yours!

Norma Jean is a shiplap lover's dream! Beautiful wood ceilings! Norma Jean is a 28 x 8.5 feet tiny house on wheels offering 260 square feet. It is very gently used. We have stayed in it approximately 6 or 7 weekends total. It has 13 foot ceilings which make the space feel nice and airy. There is a first floor bedroom that fits a queen bed - possibly a king. There is also a loft for sleeping or storage. The kitchen boasts a sink, Whirlpool fridge, and a two burner cook top, We brought in a Breville toaster oven as well. The bathroom has a flush toilet, shower, and sink. The current furnishings (some of the photos are staged and some contain our furniture) including the sofa, bar stools, bed frame, and decor are included, if interested. A mini split in the loft area heats and cools Norma Jean. The propane hot water heater is brand new (Eccotemp 45H) and has not yet been used. Norma Jean is a big girl, weighing in at 15,000 lbs. A minimum of an F-350 is needed to tow her. Roll into an RV park and hook right up to water and electric. Blinds not included. Moving/towing will be the responsibility of the buyer but may be rolled into the purchase price. Price is negotiable. We are not offering owner financing. Serious inquiries only.
