The exterior is finished out with Black standing seam metal and cedar tongue and groove. Plenty of natural lighting is provided by the small glass door and large double paned glass window in the back.

The walls, ceiling, and floor are framed with 2 by 6 lumber on 16 inch centers and insulated with closed cell spray foam providing an R-value of 39. There is a disconnect box on the back of the building where you can plug in an extension cord that provides power to the lights and outlets.
The interior is finished out with spruce tongue and groove which gives the building a light clean feel.

Shipping is around 5 dollars a mile from Cookeville Tennessee. This includes setting the building and making sure everything is good to go.
This could be used as a Guest bedroom a studio an office or maybe you have a beautiful spot in nature where it could be set for an amazing getaway.
This building does not come furnished.
