This is the perfect tiny home for minimalistic living. If you like modern nordic design, but you but you want to furnish it yourself? this is perfect for you. This home comes completed with everything you need except furniture!!!

The price listed is for our beautiful weekender model. It is 24' long, 8' wide. It comes with a moderate sized bathroom in the front with toilet, tile shower, and free standing vanity sink.
All of our tiny homes comes finished with the modern matte textured black meat cladding on the eves, and the western cedar on the gable ends.
The weekender features lots of large glass picture windows as well as a glass entry door. This lets in lots of natural light on the already light whitewashed spruce wood interior. All the trim work is finished with minimal clean lines.
Our cabinetry is all solid wood built locally with minimalistic design, soft close hinges, and quality finishes.
All the plumbing elements are finished in a classy matte black, as well as the light switches and receptacles. All the lighting is a modern recessed ambient lighting with dimmer switches.
This building is completely insulated with closed cell spray foam insulation. All the framing is screwed together with the highest level of care.
Our plumbing is done by a licensed plumber and inspected and tested before the sale.
