-Skirting over front wheels serves as a bench or a place for potted plants.
-100 amp residential grade electrical panel (with room to expand). Can be wired directly to mains or a 50amp RV plug could be installed.
-All plumbing is PEX and located on the interior of the home which is great for colder climates.
-Water inlet is under the house so that it can be insulated and enclosed in the skirting to prevent freezing. We've had single digit temps with no issues.
