The Scandinavian Tiny House has everything you need for full-time living. The bedroom will accommodate up to a queen-sized bed. The bathroom includes the stacked washer and dryer, rainfall shower head with wand, and water saving toilet with option to upgrade. In the kitchen there is a full-sized sink, 2-burner induction cooktop with a powerful exhausted hood that conveys outside, and a 9 cubic foot fridge/freezer. The living area includes a custom corner sofa with movable ottoman, built-in shelving and desk; also, USB type A and C additions to the outlets.

Outside, the front is open jointed cladding presenting a modern conservative appeal. The roof is steel. The bump-out box holds the mini-split, electrical panel, and LP water heater.

The Scandinavian Tiny House requires a dedicated 50amp circuit and comes plug-in ready. The water inlet accepts a regular household hose, and can easily be converted. For wastewater, a 4” pipe is ready for either septic or sewer; conversion to grey water is possible with a toilet upgrade.
