Newly Renovated 1987 Airstream Excella Tiny Home

1987 Airstream Excella fully renovated. Currently set up to be used as a tiny home with full size home fixtures. Retro styling, king bed, and lots of storage. Tile shower, large bathroom, large under bed storage and closets. Custom kitchen with large cast iron sink and hand built Poplar open shelving as well as traditional kitchen cabinets for additional storage. Handmade bathroom vanity. Sliding beadboard under mount doors at front living room area. AC works great. On demand EcoSmart hot water heater. New insulation in walls and ceiling. LED lights. Large closet space.

The current set up is best used as a tiny home. All tanks have been removed and is plumbed to be used on a septic system. Tanks could be put back on but I don't have them. All appliances run on standard 30 amp service except hot water heater needs 3 or 4 prong 240 service. This could also be changed to a travel trailer LP setup. Still have original LP tanks. Plenty of closet space.

All exterior lights have new bulbs and work well as well as the brakes. Completely road worthy.
