Lightweight tiny house prototype completed last week in Sharon Springs, NY (12043)!

All new, high-quality construction built on a heavy-duty, single axle 1970's travel trailer frame.

Exterior dimensions:
7', 11" wide by 12' long.
12', 9" at the gable apex.

10/12 pitch roof
2x4 framed
Steel sides and roof
3/4" pine tongue and groove paneling and ceiling
R-13 radiant barrier ridged foam insulation in walls and ceiling (additional avail for flooring as well). Spray foam insulation around insulation sheets. Will stay warm in winter, cool in summer.

Storage loft over entrance, still room for a sleeping loft over opposite gable end.

Interior and exterior trim completed in pine.

New Custom wood/glass door ( 81"x2')
New Anderson wood interior/vinyl deluxe double hung window (52"x35")
New Pella Vinyl double hung window (45"x30")
Electric outlet is wired in.
New Propane tank and hook-up.
New stabilizer Jacks included

Furniture available at additional price.
Salvaged original travel trailer propane fridge, propane wall light and galvanized steel water tank as well if buyer interesting in refurbishing. Also have original trailer title that can signed over.
Very lightweight - can be towed with Subaru as is, ideal for half ton pick-up when finished and fully furnished. Will consider delivery in 25 mile radius of Sharon Springs, NY.
No flooring installed so you can plumb in piping for drains, toilet if needed.
